How to register

Two easy steps:

The invitation letter mailed to you is also a prescription. It contains information about the program and the phone numbers you need to make an appointment for a mammogram at a designated screening centre in your region. You may also ask your doctor for a prescription and make an appointment at a designated screening centre.
When you attend your appointment at the designated screening centre, you will be asked to fill out and sign a consent form. You are then registered in the Québec breast cancer screening program.
